Please review the following terms, conditions, and legal requirements that govern participation in BLUE LOTTO by Blue Capital Resources.
- Must be a verified legal professional member of Blue Capital Resources in good standing
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of purchase
- Must reside in a jurisdiction where charitable gambling is allowed
- Active membership status required at both time of purchase and drawing date
- Only one account per member is permitted; shared accounts are strictly prohibited
- BCR reserves the right to verify member status before prize distribution
- Players must select 4 numbers from 1-49 and 1 bonus number from 1-8
- Each ticket purchase is final and completely non-refundable
- Ticket sales close exactly 24 hours before the scheduled drawing time
- All drawings are conducted using certified random number generation
- Drawings are witnessed by an independent auditor appointed by BCR
- Results are posted within 2 hours of the drawing on the official BCR website
- Winners are notified via their registered email within 48 hours of the drawing
- Jackpot (4 numbers + bonus ball): 100% of the jackpot amount goes to the winning member
- 2nd Prize (3 numbers + bonus ball): 10% of the jackpot amount
- 3rd Prize (3 numbers, no bonus): 5% of the jackpot amount
- Ticket price is $5.00 per ticket
- 10% of all ticket profits are donated to BCR-selected legal clinics and charities
- All prizes must be claimed within 72 hours of the drawing date
- Unclaimed prizes are returned to the BCR member assistance fund
- Winners will receive email notification with claim instructions within 48 hours of the drawing
- All winnings must be claimed within 72 hours of the drawing date
- Prizes under $600 are credited directly to your BCR member account
- Prizes $600 and above require W-9 form submission for tax purposes
- All prizes are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes
- BCR will issue 1099-MISC for prizes exceeding $600 in a calendar year
- Identity verification may be required for large prize claims
- Prize disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of notification
